Solar-powered awnings
LinaSolar and LumiSolar run fully autonomously on built-in solar panels, so without a single cable.
Fully autonomous, so it can go anywhere
The integrated solar panels and batteries let the awning work without any connection. No wiring also means no channels cut into the façade, no waiting for an electrician and no being limited to spots that happen to have a socket. On an existing patio, that is often the difference between fitting one or not.
Both models can be fitted with optional LED lighting, built into the cassette, the arms or the front profile. It runs on solar power too.
- No wiring needed
- Solar panels and batteries built in
- Optional LED lighting
Sharp or soft, otherwise identical
LinaSolar has a sharp rectangular closed cassette and suits minimalist architecture. LumiSolar has the same rectangular cassette but with subtly rounded corners, for those after a more timeless look. Technically they are identical: both up to 6 metres wide with a 4 metre projection.
In 2025, both won the iF Design Award as well as the Red Dot Award.
